Paris Moon is an artist who expresses herself in various mediums - visual and performing arts, videography, and writing. She grew up searching for opportunities to create, dance, and perform and began choreographing, directing, and teaching dance and theatre to children of all ages through her church, high school, and community theatre programs. Moving to New York City to study at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA), she graduated from a school that taught her nothing about performing. After graduation she met mentors who showed her about performing from the soul and to uplift the human spirit.

Mizz Moon has performed as Miss Sparkle for children across the nation, with The Egg House Art Installation NYC, The Improvisational Repertory Theatre Ensemble NYC, in Ballet For The Homeless and the NYC Veg Fest with TheEdwardMorganBallet, TADA Theatre, The Baltimore Aerial Dance Company, Multiple Girlfriends NYC, Funny and Amen, Hip Hip Heredia North Carolina, Theatre Row NYC, Renaissance Faire in Tuxedo, NY, Love & Leashes Brooklyn, Neutral Chaos Brooklyn, was featured on The Deuce, FBI, and CNN, and wrote for Matador NYC. She has taught for Broadway Dance Studio Astoria, The Dance Source Queens, Curated Care Gymnastics Outreach NYC, worked as the Children’s Director at Our Saviour New York Queens, managed events for Balloons Ink NYC, and was the Wardrobe Coordinator at AMDA NYC.

Mizz Moon has always had a connection and passion for teaching children to be leaders of tomorrow. She is in the process of creating her children’s outreach program as a part of Paris Moon Productions.

A survivor of sexual abuse, she’s currently workshopping a one woman theatre piece about family dynamics and healing from trauma, aimed to empower and inspire women while shooting a documentary about healing from her childhood trauma.

Mizz Moon is also passionate about healing the world and saving the environment. She works to raise awareness for climate change and ecofeminism through paintings, theatre and dance.
